Packing Analysis
Interprets volume contraction phenomenon while plastic is contracted as flow behavior is filling and solidified to cavity. Predicts weight that is changing upon pressure and also able to prevent problem like flash, sink mark. -
Warpage Analysis
The process of product’s twist and contradiction after blowout by residual stress while melting flow fills cavity and passes by pressure cooling and solidification procedure.
