Promotion Structure

• Regular promotion is executed for personl who satisfy internal standards by employee composition on every year
• Special promotion is executed for person who works minimum 2 years and who have excellent performance

Salary Structure

• Annual salary system, Reflect legal increase with personnel evaluation
• Also get performance-related pay by work results
• Retirement payment on internal standard

Working Condition

• Working time
  • Mangement :  07:30~17:30 (lunch break at 12:00)
  • Production (2 shift)  : 07:30 ~ 15:30 (including lunch break), 15:30 ~ 23:30 (including dinner breaking)

• Vacation/Overtime/Salary - According to internal regulations
